Challenged with developing partnerships with big brand insurers at a time when most were content with business as usual, she persevered and changed the way customers purchase travel insurance, and raised the standard of service they should expect.
Despite comparison services now being one of New Zealand's most competitive online categories, Natalie remains unwavering in her mission: giving customers the best, most transparent and most convenient experience in the market.
